Interim Corporate Funds Lawyer – Short Term Contract – AI Company Our client, an AI/tech company is currently looking to source a Corporate Funds Lawyer for a period of 2-4 weeks to assist in training their AI model and create a type of Q&A handbook. This is an unusual role and something different to the usual transactional type post within this area of law. The organisation is looking for a candidate who has strong knowledge/experience in: Side letters LPA’s Share purchase agreements Shareholder agreements and other fund documentation The ideal candidate will be someone involved with the day-to-day tasks with fund formation, fund operation and fund exit. Someone who is actually in the contracts (LPAs, side letters etc.) searching them for the information they actually use in the workflows, or searching the contracts for the answers to ad hoc questions from internal teams. Our client is based in London and they are ideally looking for someone who is happy to attend their offices for the first week, thereafter, they are flexible around remote/hybrid working.
