An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to assist the delivery of a clinical system. The successful applicant will support the implementation by coordinating team schedules, prioritising resources, and utilising their technical experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing a multi-disciplinary Project Team and projects across the organisation, both clinical and support staff Ensure creation and smooth running of project board with adequate level of board members and attendance Coordination of the delivery of additional components within a clinical system Implementing ICT projects in conjunction with clinical staff at all levels, understanding the impact of systems on clinical processes Overseeing budgets and resources that are assigned to projects to ensure projects are delivered to cost, quality and time The successful candidate will have: Project management skills and expertise across an agreed project Previous experience with technical Windows projects Meticulous coordination skills to organise project planning / review meetings and to provide feedback at Project Team / Project Manager meetings as required and have the ability to make adjustments if targets are not met Relationship managements skills, able to build and maintain positive and productive relationships across a broad range of stakeholders Administration experience to produce regular weekly reports and associated documentation, and to maintain project information system Experience relaying technical information to non-technical people Ability to attend and facilitate workshops, meetings and other events at various locations to support the requirements of the service Extensive ability and knowledge of O365 and associated technologies
