The role EPOS Management Program and manage Zonal systems, including product modelling, pricing, promotions, recipes, and more, across our entire estate. Lead pricing updates, product refreshes, installations, and capex projects—ensuring smooth, coordinated rollouts. Collaborate on menu updates and cocktail changes, working closely with teams to implement large promotions, discounts, and compliance measures. Maintain Zonal peripherals, from kitchen screens to mobile devices, and provide ongoing hardware/software support during site installations and upgrades. Offer expert training and support to teams through one-on-one sessions, group training, site visits, and audits. System Management Support the seamless integration of Zonal with other operational systems like Contentful, Fourth, Procure Wizard, and Guestline. Assist in new software launches, working closely with project managers and taking initiative to master new systems. Help manage Procure Wizard, updating menu pricing, overseeing acquisitions, and ensuring accurate stock-taking. Be involved in asset management, Office 365 administration, and the onboarding/offboarding of employees. Provide first-line support and problem-solving assistance across the estate, keeping things running smoothly. Why You?
