Principal Consultant NetSuite

Grade: Principal Team: NetSuite Location: London Contract: Permanent Work Pattern: Hybrid Job Overview: As a Principal Consultant you will be responsible for leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations, configuring and customizing NetSuite to meet the clients' needs, managing system integrations, and troubleshooting issues. You will be training users on NetSuite functionalities, providing ongoing support, and maintaining documentation of configurations and best practices. Additionally, you will manage junior consultants, oversee project budgets and timelines, and engage with senior stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. What will you be doing? NetSuite Implementation Lead end-to-end implementations of NetSuite. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements. Financial Process Optimisation Evaluate and optimize existing financial processes. Provide expertise in leveraging NetSuite features to streamline financial workflows. Customization and Configuration Configure NetSuite modules to align with the company's finance requirements. Configure workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance financial visibility. Integration Management Oversee integration projects with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, collaborating with IT teams as needed. Training and Support Conduct training sessions for end-users on NetSuite functionalities. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for finance-related NetSuite issues. Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of NetSuite configurations and customizations. Document best practices for finance processes within NetSuite. Management Management of junior consultants on client projects Manage and have commercial awareness of project budgets and project timelines Management of senior stakeholders on projects A summary of the kind of person we’re looking for Minimum of 5 years of experience working with NetSuite, with a focus on finance. NetSuite certifications Advanced Revenue Management and Multibooks are desirable. Proven experience leading end to end NetSuite implementations and customisations. Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles. Experience in wider NetSuite modules (WMS, SRP, SuiteBilling, SuiteTax) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
