Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in related field.
Experience:
Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through 2-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Experience:

Technical Knowledge or Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
The ability to work across various teams and projects simultaneously, advancing unified strategy.
Broad experience working with Salesforce CRM.
Knowledge and understanding of higher education advancement industry.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain both recurring and ad hoc reports/dashboards to solve operational and analytical problems.
Collaborate with partner teams to gather business requirements and translate them into analyses and data delivery tools that support decision-making.
Develop optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and improve data delivery processes.
Partner with internal training and knowledge teams to assist in the creation of training materials, disseminate best practices.
Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that support business decision-making.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in data to provide actionable business recommendations and present findings and insights to stakeholders through visualizations and presentations.
Manage multiple BI projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Works with users to ensure deliverables are meeting or exceeding expectations. Provides support and communicates issues to users as defined by IT standards. Monitors access control and troubleshoot BI and analytic applications.
Participates in planning, testing, and roll-out of patches and upgrades to the BI and analytic software. Participates in the development and interpretation of BI and analytics system standards and procedures.
Seek opportunities for professional development that will enhance job performance including attending webinars, seminars, building networks within the University and with colleagues at peer institutions
