Over the past 5-10 years, the Commericial Property & Casualty Major Loss Business Unit has achieved significant progress, and now they need a top-tier expert to take it to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical leader for the unit, personally handling the largest, most complex, and technically demanding losses nationwide, often involving multi-million pound claims. Team Development: Support the growth and development of a young, expanding team, working closely with key principals to enhance the overall service offerings. Candidate Profile: Qualifications: Must be A/FCILA qualified and recognized as a major loss specialist in the London market.
