DATA CONVERSION SPECIALIST Hybrid in Ontario OR Alberta Must have: Oracle CCB experience We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Conversion Specialist to manage and execute data conversion projects, ensuring the accurate and efficient migration of data from legacy systems to new systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing data structures, developing data mapping and transformation strategies, and ensuring data integrity throughout the entire conversion process. In this role, you will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, IT teams, and end-users to achieve successful data conversion outcomes. Qualifications: Proven experience in data conversion, migration, or related fields. Strong understanding of data structures, data mapping, and transformation processes. Proficiency in data extraction and loading tools and techniques. Excellent problem-solving, testing, and quality assurance skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
