You Are: An experienced and dynamic AI Strategy Development Lead to lead our client-focused AI initiatives. The Opportunity : - Client Engagement: Partner with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify AI opportunities and provide strategic recommendations. Develop customized AI strategies that align with clients' goals and industry best practices. - Strategic Planning and Development: Create detailed AI roadmaps and implementation plans for clients. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform AI strategy development. Stay current with industry trends and emerging AI technologies to provide innovative solutions. - Project Leadership and Execution: Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of AI projects. Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of AI initiatives and drive continuous improvement. - Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and data analytics. Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and frameworks that best meet client needs. Ensure the implementation of best practices in AI development, including data governance, model validation, and ethical considerations. - Thought Leadership and Advocacy: Represent [Company Name] as a thought leader in AI strategy at industry conferences, webinars, and other public forums. Publish white papers, case studies, and articles to share insights and best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders and technology partners. What you need : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field is preferred. Proven experience in developing and executing data, AI or related strategies within a consultancy or similar environment. Minimum of 7 years of experience in data, AI, data science, or related fields. Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering complex projects Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to influence and build consensus among stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of AI tools and platforms (e.g., Vertex AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, AWS AI, Databricks).
