Role: .NET Developer Location: Georgetown Kentucky Job Description: Develop and maintain applications using the .NET framework and related technologies. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in C# and ASP.NET. Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements. Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure optimal application performance. Integrate applications with third-party systems and services. Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and support system integration tasks. Provide maintenance and support for existing software solutions. Stay up to date with advancements in .NET technologies and development practices. Objectives of the Role Deliver high-quality, efficient, and scalable software solutions. Ensure reliability through thorough testing and debugging. Work collaboratively across teams to meet project goals and deadlines. Continuously contribute to performance optimization and system improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience as a .NET Developer or Software Developer. Strong command of C#, the .NET framework, and object-oriented programming principles. Proficient in database design and SQL. Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and API development. Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications Professional certification in .NET or related technologies. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of secure coding practices and software security principles. Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
