The Role - As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for product development from discovery to launch. Managing the roadmap, strategy and vision will be key responsibilities and you will play a vital role in shaping the team and growth within the Product function. Other Key Responsibilities - Become an expert in the product suite. These are your products, your responsibility. GAP analysis, market research and competitor analysis. Manage key stakeholders across the business to articulate and validate ideas. Lead by example. Set goals and work with others to encourage cross functional collaboration. Essentials - Fully onsite 5days p/week in Cheshire. Minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Product capacity. Technical background or experience with highly technical products. Proven experience managing stakeholders of different levels. Proven experience taking full ownership of Products through the full Product Development Lifecycle (0-1 idea to MVP). Launched a Product MVP or Product iterations. Led creation of Product Roadmaps that deliver the strategy. Full right to work in the UK. Agile Methodology.
