Python Developer (mid-senior) - £60,000 - Permanent – Fully remote/WFH for UK based Software Engineers We are looking for a mid-senior Python Developer to join our customers growing engineering team. Our customer offers genuine market-leading gaming technology and works with household names globally within the sector. This truly is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business that is looking to double in size following significant investment by the end of 2025. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain server-side logic and applications using Python. Design and optimise PostgreSQL databases for high availability, performance, and scalability. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes. Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring high-quality code and performance. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications: 3 years proven experience as a Python Developer and use of frameworks, ideally Django. Extensive experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, optimisation, and management. Proficiency in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab. Familiarity with containerisation technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote position for UK based Developers. Our customer has a presence in Oxfordshire which you can visit although it isn't a requirement.
