This collaborative, forward-thinking team, are building powerful, AI-driven solutions using open-source LLMs , replacing outdated systems with sleek, scalable tech within Asset Management. Based: Remote What You’ll Do Lead NLP research, focusing on LLMs and code understanding Run experiments, apply research, and build internal benchmarks Collaborate with engineers and data scientists Mentor junior team members and contribute to research publications What We’re After Master’s/PhD in CS, Data Science, or similar 3–5 years in NLP (e.g. NLU, sentiment analysis) Strong Python ML stack (PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.) Interested?
