Machine Learning Engineer - London - Law A prestigious law firm renowned for its innovative approach to legal services is seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join their growing team. The Role: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex legal problems Collaborate closely with legal experts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Implement natural language processing (NLP) algorithms for legal document analysis and automation Build and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using cloud-based tools Work with large datasets, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards Optimise model performance and ensure robustness through continuous monitoring and iteration Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to drive innovation within the firm Independently manage projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives What we'd love to see: Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a strong track record of deploying models in production Expertise in NLP and experience working with unstructured text data Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and related tools for model deployment and data management Strong understanding of data privacy and regulatory requirements, particularly GDPR compliance Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders What's in it for you: Be part of a forward-thinking law firm that values innovation and the power of technology Opportunity to shape the future of legal services through AI and machine learning Competitive salary of £80,000 - £95,000 per annum (flexible based on experience) Apply now for immediate consideration.
