As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of new products, while also improving existing products with the implementation of new features. You will be an excellent Lead Software Engineer if you have experience with: Protocol Integrations with Trading Reactive Architectures with High Performance Low Latency Processing Allocation Free Programming High throughput Performance tuning Benchmarking Low latency trading systems Building low latency products Background in FX or Crypto industries Leading and driving a culture of excellence and attention to detail Tech Stack: C#, .Net, Java , Rust , AWS , Linux & more They are open to both C# and Java low level engineers.
