Product Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and commercially aware Product Manager to join ERA Home Security. As a Product Manager for Smart Security, you will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate market research, identify trends and drive the development and lifecycle management of our software and smart home products across the ERA brand. What you'll be doing: Coordinating market research to understanding industry trends and identifying new product ideas for smart security products. Developing project proposals and managing them through the product development process to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards. Reviewing and understanding the product portfolio, taking full ownership with P&L responsibility. Developing, managing and updating category development strategies for the product portfolio. Developing a commercial awareness of what ERA needs to do to be profitable, successful, and serve its customers well. Ensuring a pipeline of new products is delivered on time with strong commercial potential. Maintain product map/gap analysis to effectively contribute to product lifecycle management and strategic plans. What we’re looking for: Proven experience within a new product development. Strong strategic analysis skills. Experience in managing a product portfolio and simultaneous projects. Product lifecycle management (including supersession and end-of-life management). Demonstrable product management experience in the electronics/ technology industry within consumer, distributor and OEM route to market. Demonstrable experience in consumer IoT technologies. A proven successful record with delivering consumer-facing hardware and software products from start to finish.
