Quality Assurance Manager

Talentworx, on behalf of our client based in East Ayrshire, are seeking an experienced Quality Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 13485, DCB0129, Cyber Essentials etc. You will be responsible for the delivery of all Quality and compliance areas of the business ensuring that accreditations are compliantly delivered and remain valid. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance processes Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 13485, DCB0129, Information Governance, and Cyber Essentials standards Conduct internal audits and manage external audits Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure continuous improvement Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management Train staff on quality standards and best practices Incident Reports and Procedure Designing quality standards, procedures, and specifications for the company Document management system, control of records, filing, and archiving Maintaining documentation of procedural changes and overseeing implementation Reviewing and amending existing procedures to ensure they meet the current Control of document issues and distribution Corrective and Preventative Actions Analysis Customer Satisfaction Analysis Supplier Analysis Sub-contractor Analysis What They Offer: £35K-£50K DOE Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) Profit Share 33 days holiday Company Pension Free Parking on Premises 2-3 days WFH TWX EDGE Benefits Platform . 24/7 Access to online GP and Telephone consultation Uncapped counselling with a BACP Accredited therapist. 24/7 Debt Support. 24/7 Legal Support. Requirements: Proven experience as a Quality Manager working with IT systems and medical technologies In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Information Governance, and Cyber Essentials Knowledge of ISO 13485 DCB0129 preferable but not essential Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Relevant certifications are a plus Excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively
