Support & Site Reliability Engineer

Support & Site Reliability Engineer £45k to £55k plus bonus and benefits 2-3 days Hybrid working in Newcastle TrueNorth are exclusively partnered with a successful professional services organisation who are looking for multiple Support & Site Reliability Engineers to join a brand new team. Woking in both the Infrastructure and Application spaces, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the reliability, availability and performance of the organisations estate. This is a varied role that involves a blend of infrastructure management, application support and reliability engineering practices to ensure seamless operations and great user experience. Key skills and experience required: Commercial experience in either IT infrastructure management and support OR Application Support OR Site Reliability (if you have covered more than one area, even better) Willingness to expand your skills and develop into all 3 areas with the team Cloud services (either Azure, AWS or GCP) Scripting and automation Monitoring and logging Beneficial additional skills and experience: 2 years of commercial experience in this space would be ideal, but we welcome applications from anyone with at least 1 years experience in the space. We have a starting salary range of £45k to £55k for this position plus an up to 17.5% bonus and excellent benefits, including private healthcare and a 15% pension contribution. The role will be hybrid working 2-3 days per week from their newly refurbished Newcastle City Centre offices.
