Director of Red Teaming

Want to build out a Red Team? Trident Search have partnered with an offensive security company who are looking for a Director of Red Teaming to join them. This organisation has an incredibly strong position in the offensive security market and needs someone to take control of creating the Red Team infrastructure from scratch. Initially, this will be an individual contributor role so hands on experience with red teaming is vital, but this service is anticipated to grow rapidly. Servicing clients, creating the road map and the infrastructure whilst asserting the clients position on the market are the key focuses of this opening. The role: Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and operational management of Red Team services, ensuring alignment with business goals and high-quality delivery. Manage complex Red Team engagements, maintaining strong client relationships and providing comprehensive reports. Utilize advanced Red Team tools and techniques, staying current with industry trends and enabling sales support. Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative environment. Drive innovation, develop strategic roadmaps, and ensure thorough documentation for compliance. Experience and Skills: Extensive experience in penetration testing and Red Team operations, with strong technical proficiency and leadership abilities. Preferred certifications include SpecterOps, Crest, and other relevant cybersecurity credentials.
