Role Purpose As a Lead Delivery Manager , you will oversee the delivery of complex technology initiatives across various domains, ensuring projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest standards. Collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams, you will drive innovation, agility, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-value technology initiatives ranging from £3–7m across different platforms. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met. Define and implement delivery strategies while managing risks, budgets, and timelines. Drive adoption of agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and innovation. Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams for seamless integration. Provide transparent reporting and escalate critical issues to senior management. Required Skills & Experience 5 years of delivering complex, high-value technology projects. Experience with large scale and business critical third-party relationships. Expertise in enterprise platforms like Mulesoft, Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft Azure. Why Join?
