They are looking for a dynamic and driven Product Director to lead the product team, energise the Product Managers, and accelerate progress. The role of the Product Director: As the Product Director, you will be at the helm of the product strategy, guiding the team through the entire product lifecycle. You’ll ensure robust product governance is in place, manage the roadmap, and prioritise initiatives that drive the business forward. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Development: Provide strong leadership to the product team, helping Product Managers get up to speed and building their confidence. You’ll be the go-to mentor who empowers the team to excel. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring each stage is executed flawlessly. Product Governance: Implement and maintain product governance practices that align with strategic goals. Roadmap & Prioritisation: Take charge of the product roadmap, making key decisions on prioritisation to ensure a focus on the most impactful initiatives. Drive & Execution: Be the go-getter who injects energy into the team. You’ll put a rocket under our Product Managers, pushing the team to achieve rapid progress and tangible results.
