WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Business Analyst with IT experience to join our expanding team. This is a varied and challenging role that will put you at the heart of how we grow and scale our platform and business. You are a natural good communicator, with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills, a flexible approach and a willingness to learn. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Analyst at TRG, responsibilities include: Business & Systems Analysis Partnering with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and requirements Working closely with project management, business and technology teams to translate needs into detailed user stories Providing data to product management and senior leadership to support prioritisation Process Standards Through workshops, knowledge sharing and standards, partnering across the business to document business processes Capturing business rules alongside processes; ensure they are fit for purpose and turned into system requirements Owning process documentation standards and ensuring they are met Stakeholder Management Building effective relationships with business sponsors and champions Team Collaborating with developers, designers, and broader stakeholders to ensure a high-quality user experience Participating in retrospectives and mentor staff in your areas of expertise Participating in Agile planning sprints to support the prioritisation and management of the team’s capacity Managing relationships with internal and external teams to ensure service quality remains high WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for a seasoned BA, with at least five years' experience working cross-functionally.
