ABOUT TRG Track Record Global (TRG) are experts in natural material supply chain assessments, verifying that the legislation in place to protect consumers and the environment is adhered to as well as ensuring that the environmental claims made by our clients are traceable. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Business Analyst with IT experience to join our expanding team. This is a varied and challenging role that will put you at the heart of how we grow and scale our platform and business. You are a natural good communicator, with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills, a flexible approach and a willingness to learn. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Analyst at TRG, responsibilities include: Business & Systems Analysis Partnering with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and requirements Working closely with project management, business and technology teams to translate needs into detailed user stories Providing data to product management and senior leadership to support prioritisation Process Standards Through workshops, knowledge sharing and standards, partnering across the business to document business processes Capturing business rules alongside processes; ensure they are fit for purpose and turned into system requirements Owning process documentation standards and ensuring they are met Stakeholder Management Building effective relationships with business sponsors and champions Team Collaborating with developers, designers, and broader stakeholders to ensure a high-quality user experience Participating in retrospectives and mentor staff in your areas of expertise Participating in Agile planning sprints to support the prioritisation and management of the team’s capacity Managing relationships with internal and external teams to ensure service quality remains high WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for a seasoned BA, with at least five years' experience working cross-functionally. This person will also have: Relevant professional qualifications Experience in business process modelling, ideally using BPMN Excellent communication and collaboration skills Problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience in working in an agile environment, while maintaining the necessary documentation Can work independently to a very high level using your own initiative, being decisive within parameters Ability to create and work in a collaborative environment Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Experience of working in remote teams WHAT YOU'LL GET FROM US Remote, hybrid and Hub working options 30 days holiday after one year of service Annual incentive plan (AiP) Contributory pension scheme Healthcare cash plan Peer-to-peer recognition programme Weekly lunchtime virtual yoga sessions Together time Birthday lay in Helping hand loan scheme Monthly in-person breakfast at our Hub
