Join our dynamic team IT Project management team, where we are committed to delivering excellence in project management. We are looking for a dedicated PMO Analyst to support and enhance our Project Office functions, ensuring the highest standards of project quality, compliance, and delivery. This role will collaborate closely with the PMO Manager, Project Managers, and the Strategy & Planning Consultant. Your primary goal is to ensure that the project pipeline remains current and accurately reflects ongoing and upcoming projects. Establish new capabilities within resource and capacity management, and PMO processes around project quality, compliance, and delivery. Resource Capacity & Demand (RCD) Management : Ensure all project and related resources are registered in PWA and other PMO resource registries. Train and support PWA users. Enable resource demand forecasting by ensuring all active resources are allocated current/future work and that timesheet completion is current and reflects balance with allocations. Reporting : Produce weekly/monthly project status reports as required by the PMO Manager and IT. Engage with key project staff to gather information on project status, issue resolution, and risk mitigation. Highlight non-compliance issues. Data Validation : Validate and quality-check data inputs, addressing any inaccuracies and taking corrective actions.
