Remortgage Technical Lawyer Central Leeds £45k 2 days in the office A long standing law firm in the heart of Leeds is going through a significant period of growth and as part of the planned expansion, they are looking to hire a technical lawyer for the remortgage team. As part of the remortgage technical team, you will provide support to the remortgage case handlers regarding a range of matters across unregistered land, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership properties, non standard restrictions, unusual title defects and Lease Extensions. You will also ensure all referrals are completed within the agreed timescales. You will also support the Technical Manager with the smooth running of the team and be part of providing any training needs to the staff.
