HR Manager - Entertainment (Hybrid: 3 onsite / 2 WFH) What’s it look like? Our client is a leading Entertainment business with c.250 London-based population & they’re looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join the UK People team. This is an exciting & incredibly fast-paced role, operating predominately in London but with engagement / collaboration / matrix reporting to a new US owner. Reporting to the Group HR Director, this is an incredibly crucial role for the business, with unique exposure to c.140 integral business stakeholders. The focus of the role is providing this generalist support to the business, whilst also managing cyclical projects & feeding into the design & implementation of new / evolving, tactical & strategic HR initiatives. The breadth and diversity within this role will keep you learning and growing, whether that be developing generalist HR expertise, leading on projects, or managing & influencing large numbers of senior stakeholders through negotiation. Yep, I’m sold So now tell me what’s required… We're looking for an ambitious, high energy, high EQ, adaptable HR Generalist, who thrives & enjoys pacey environments. You’ll have a good understanding of creative culture & working environment (having worked in a creative business or sector), excellent communication skills, and whilst being able to lead & work independently, you’ll also understand the value being a team-player & LOVE collaborating. You enjoy the hands-on aspect of HR, building real relationships with your stakeholders & relish face-time. A passion for ED&I and early careers projects is a must, and you'll be happy managing all aspects of operational HR, but also be able to step back, see the bigger picture & work with the team to design strategy. Ideally you'll have experience working in collaboration with the US & maybe also delivered systems integration or overhaul.
