Lead Salesforce Consultant – 6-Month Contract – PAYE Lead Salesforce Consultant with a techno-functional skillset required to play a key role in projects and deliveries. Working for a boutique Salesforce partner, this is a great opportunity to test your skill across a range of exciting Salesforce projects and deployments of varying size and complexity. This role requires someone with previous leadership experience - taking the lead on managing projects across the full project lifecycle and overseeing more junior team members on deliveries. You will be responsible for: Running discovery, conducting gap analysis on requirements, writing up user stories and process mapping Solution design of requirements Hands-on configuration and build - Out-of-the-box functionality but also some tech dev such as Lightning Web Components, Aura and integration (you don’t need to be a highly technical developer but should have some hands-on Apex skills and be willing to get stuck in) Liaising with stakeholders, producing status reports, managing risk and issues and managing project budgets Ideally, you will have worked in a consulting environment where you delivered to external customers. Your experience will be backed up with Salesforce Certifications and you must also possess strong client-facing communication, relationship building and influencing skills. Flexibility on travel to this consultancy's office in London (and occasionally Surrey) will be required but there is lots of flexibility on offer and the ability to work remotely.
