Full-time, permanent £68K-£78K salary plus benefits Hybrid, 1 or 2 days from London office Our client is a leading global professional membership organisation that provides qualifications, products and services to their members, commercial organisations and not-for-profit partners. This role requires designing membership categories and pathways within the product team, managing a variety of product managers and ensuring the portfolio of products is in line with the membership offering and long-term strategy. The successful candidate will cross-collaborate with other internal teams to manage the performance of products and define the product strategy and roadmap, analysing market trends and membership objectives. The vacancy requires supporting with member recognition agreements, professional standards and raising the profile of membership propositions. Using data driven metrics to improve product performance and growth, the successful candidate will help create product specs and user stories, plus track performance and financial reports for the team. Leadership qualities are pivotal in the success of this role. This will include inspiring the relevant product managers on a journey to evolve the membership products offered, as well as being responsible for budgets, risks, operational team performance, shifting team culture into a greater commercial mindset, and representing the organisation externally.
