Finance Transformation Director (M&A) The Consultancy Group are currently supporting a financial and operational consulting firm that specializes in Transaction, Restructuring, and Business Transformation. We are looking to appoint a Finance Transformation Director. This role will focus on pre-deal operational due diligence and strategy reviews, post-deal transformation and change management, carve-out projects, post-merger integration, and value creation initiatives. Role Overview: Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate a comprehensive business strategy for the Financial Due Diligence line of business, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall objectives. Identify target markets, client segments, and unique service offerings to drive sustainable growth and profitability. Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of skilled professionals, including financial analysts, consultants, and industry specialists. Cultivate a collaborative, results-oriented team environment that encourages continuous learning and professional development. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, leveraging your network and expertise to promote Financial Due Diligence services. Understand client needs, deliver customized solutions, and ensure consistently high levels of client satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications/Background: Experience with enterprise solutions such as Workday, Oracle, SAP S/4 HANA, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. previous Consultancy or Professional services experience at Manager level and above Recognised Finance qualification eg ACCA/ACA/CIMA Background in process design or optimization. This role would suit someone who is looking for quick progression to Partner level.
