Incident Response Analyst Level 2, Cybersecurity

As an Incident Response Analyst Level 2 at TFI International, you will be integral to our cybersecurity team, focusing on monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats. This role supports the overall security operations by actively participating in the incident response process and contributing to the resilience of our digital environment. Your day-to-day Support 24/7 cybersecurity operations by monitoring network and system activities. Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving security incidents with guidance from senior analysts. Participate in the development and refinement of incident response strategies and procedures. Help conduct security assessments and proactive investigations to identify potential vulnerabilities. Maintain awareness of current cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to integrate into operational strategies. Serve as a contact point for cybersecurity incident inquiries under the supervision of senior staff, assisting in the coordination of stakeholder communications during incidents. Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Bilingual in English and in French 5 years of experience in IT, with a significant focus on incident response and incident management. Experience with cybersecurity technologies such as Multi-Factor Authentication, Endpoint Protection, and SIEM. Understanding of cloud architecture and experience with major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with both Microsoft and Linux environments. Knowledge of cyber threats and threat intelligence. Hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, malware reverse engineering, and threat hunting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Relevant industry certifications such as CEH, GCIH, or equivalent are highly regarded.
