From the preparation of the project management plan, with our internal departments, to post-implementation support (hypercare). Emphasis will be placed on ERP implementations, upgrades and integrations (Oracle Cloud, Finance and HR modules), but other projects will involve infrastructure and cybersecurity. Our accelerating pace of company acquisitions means that there will be no shortage of projects. Nor will there be a shortage of challenges. Your profile: Your background is in IT. Ideally, you have a bachelor's degree in computer science or related training. You've been managing IT projects in agile mode for at least 3 years already. This experience includes the development of risk mitigation strategies. You have proven experience in implementing an ERP system, from start to finish. You are highly organized and adaptable to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are an excellent communicator in French and English. You will need to address both technical and non-technical audiences, at all levels of the organization. You like to get things done quickly, while maintaining a customer satisfaction mentality.
