Workday HCM Functional Specialist

Toronto, ON 2 days HYBRID per week contract till Dec 2025 Qualifications: Proven experience as a Workday HCM Specialist or in a similar role. Strong skills in needs analysis, solution development, and testing. Experience with Workday HCM system integrations and integration tools (EIB, RaaS, API, Workday Connectors, Workday Studio). In-depth knowledge of Workday components and functional modules, including HCM, Talent Management, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Recruiting, Learning & Development, and Compensation. Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills (bilingual in French and English). Resourceful and autonomous. Required Technologies: Expertise in Workday HCM system integrations and components (HCM, EIB, RaaS, API, Workday Connectors, Workday Studio, Workday Extend). Nice-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with UKG HCM and Workday Prism Analytics.
