Hybrid working London office near public transport Immediate start for 2 years contract Inside IR35 No visa sponsorship Required Skillset: Experience of the Pensions administration domain and/or HR benefits. Experience in Finance related discipline. Experience of large scale bespoke software implementation projects of new platforms. Experience of a range of IT implementation projects. Communication ability and driving requirements to deliverables will be key. Responsibilities: Capture Business Needs : Accurately identify business problems, value drivers, and both functional and non-functional requirements. These include considerations like health, safety, security, usability, data management, and supportability. Solution Design : Translate business requirements into functionality. Evaluate risks, feasibility, and opportunities, as well as the business impact of various solution options. Process & Data Modelling : Assess and model business processes, data flows, and technology. Identify current challenges and opportunities for improvement. Documentation : Produce clear documentation to communicate requirements and ensure it stays aligned with the solution throughout the project lifecycle. Traceability : Maintain traceability of requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs from inception through testing and final delivery. Collaboration : Work with software suppliers, designers, and developers to understand software limitations, system design elements, and to ensure business needs are met. Configuration : Configure and document software and processes using standardized tools. Testing & Validation : Develop acceptance criteria and coordinate testing to ensure solutions meet business needs. Business Cases : Create and present business cases that justify solution value to secure approval, funding, and prioritization. Project Management : Initiate and manage business analysis activities on projects, adhering to agreed-upon parameters of cost, time, and quality. Technology Awareness : Stay updated on relevant architectures and technologies within the business area and explore innovative ideas and solutions. Stakeholder Engagement : Lead stakeholder management activities, including facilitating large design sessions, and guide technology vendor interactions. Leadership : Lead business analysis teams on projects, setting direction for large programs or strategic initiatives. Strategic Support : Support longer-term business goals by proposing improvements and initiating high-level business requirements. Capability Development : Champion the development of business analysis capabilities by bringing in external perspectives, coaching, and identifying best practices. Additional responsibilities include managing customer expectations, fostering trust with stakeholders, generating innovative approaches, and responding to organizational changes during ongoing activities.
