As members of the PMO, we are dedicated to leveraging effective project management as our key driver of business success. What you’ll do… Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations effectively. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a cross-functional implementation team (including data, quality assurance, web development, configuration, and programming) by setting clear goals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment. Project Scope & Objectives: Work closely with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
