The Role We’re looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to take ownership of our React-based UI , shaping an intuitive, high-performance product experience from 0→1 . As part of the founding engineering team , you’ll have the opportunity to define our frontend architecture, drive technical decisions, and influence product direction . What You’ll Do Architect and own the frontend stack, ensuring a seamless, high-performance UI. Design and build 0→1 : Develop core features from scratch, shaping the user experience for an AI-powered SaaS platform. Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product leaders to craft intuitive and scalable interfaces. Implement best practices in React, Next.js, GraphQL, and TypeScript to deliver a modern, world-class frontend. Scale and iterate : Improve performance, UX, and maintainability as we transition from MVP to enterprise scale. What You Bring 4 years of experience in modern frontend development , ideally at a fast-growing startup or top-tier engineering team. Deep expertise in React, Next.js, GraphQL, and TypeScript , with a strong understanding of performance optimization and scalable UI architecture. Experience building beautiful, responsive, and complex UI/UX for SaaS applications, ideally with enterprise-scale challenges. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code and high-performance applications.
