As part of their continued growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: The Salesforce Technical Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of their financial services operations. This role will play a crucial part in transforming our Salesforce environment, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and enhances our customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, combined with a solid understanding of the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Design and Architecture: Develop and implement robust, scalable Salesforce solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals and industry best practices, focusing on the financial services sector's specific requirements. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Salesforce development team, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and deployment are followed. Integration Strategy: Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation across platforms. Customization and Configuration: Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce applications, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and other relevant tools. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, including product managers and department heads, to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure that solutions are secure, compliant, and adhere to Salesforce and industry standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the Salesforce platform, driving innovation and efficiency. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all technical solutions and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with at least 3 years in a technical architect role within the financial services industry. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or relevant Salesforce certifications preferred. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Salesforce architecture, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft). Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory requirements, security standards, and industry-specific Salesforce features (e.g., Financial Services Cloud). Project Management: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools, along with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and develop scalable, efficient solutions. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
