Helpdesk Support Technician Offering £25,000 - £28,000 Basic Salary plus Great Benefits (Office Based) Our client is an established giftware company based in Ripon, North Yorkshire. They are currently recruiting a Helpdesk Support Technician to provide technical support to mainly internal users. Helpdesk Support Technician - Key Duties Provide 1 st and 2 nd line IT technical support to users. Administer and support the internal helpdesk system. Provide advice and support to other IT team and wider business. Be responsible for IT stock and equipment, its storage and disposal. Helpdesk Support Technician Candidate Experienced providing both 1 st and 2 nd line IT support to users, is ideal. Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft desktop system and applications. Knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, Servers would be useful. Knowledge of IT hardware, peripherals and anti-virus. Have excellent written and oral communication. Able to organise, prioritise and manage workload effectively. The Helpdesk Support Technician position is offering £25,000 - £28,000 basic salary plus great benefits This is a full-time, permanent position, based on site at our clients office in Ripon, North Yorkshire.
