Business Analyst Role for a Dynamic Digital Agency Permanent Salary: £45,000 per annum Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in their London office (near Monument/Bank) Are you a proactive and driven Business Analyst who thrives on translating client needs into actionable business solutions? My client, a fast-growing and innovative digital agency, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant agency environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions for a diverse range of clients. In this role, you will be instrumental in understanding and optimizing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. You'll collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA specialists, and Portfolio Managers to shape and execute customer strategies and roadmaps. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements that align with project objectives Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement Create and maintain essential documentation, such as user stories, process flows, and functional specifications Work alongside Portfolio Managers, development teams, and QA to ensure smooth project delivery, on time and within budget Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives, driving continuous improvement Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring forward new ideas and innovations What My Client Is Looking For: Experience: A minimum of 2 years as a Business Analyst within a lean, fast-paced environment, ideally within a digital agency, start-up, or SME. Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management is essential. Preferred Background: Candidates who have worked in agile environments with small, focused teams where they've had to take ownership of their work. Technical Skills: Proficiency in gathering business requirements via interviews, workshops, and surveys Strong analytical abilities to convert complex business needs into actionable plans Experience working in Agile, particularly in a SCRUM environment Familiarity with digital product development and knowledge of CMS platforms like Sitecore or Optimizely is a plus General understanding of web technologies Bonus Skills: Experience with Enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore or Optimizely) Knowledge of Martech or platform integrations (e.g., Dynamics, Shopify, Payment Gateways) Why Work for Them?
