IT & Web Development Manager Location: Coalville, Onsite (5 Days Per Week) Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Overview: We are seeking a versatile and proactive IT & Web Development Manager to join our client's growing team. This role is perfect for an independent IT professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being the go-to person for all things IT. As a one-person department, you’ll manage everything from website development to general IT support and online security, ensuring the smooth operation of our company’s tech infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Website Management: Front-End and Back-End Development: Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of multiple websites, including e-commerce platforms. IT Infrastructure: General IT Support: Oversee all company IT equipment, including computers, printers, mobile devices, and networking. Software Management: Manage and integrate tools like Google Workspace and Zoho CRM to optimize business operations. Collaboration: Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with teams like Marketing to implement IT solutions that align with business goals. External Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for external developers managing bespoke systems such as our EPoS system. Future Growth: Expansion Potential: As the company grows, take on additional responsibilities, including possibly managing a small IT team. Essential Skills: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Extensive WordPress expertise Minimum 2 years of front-end development experience Desirable Skills: Version Control (Git) E-commerce experience, especially with WooCommerce Knowledge of Linux Servers, LAMP Stack, Vue.js, and Laravel Who We’re Looking For: We need a technically skilled, self-sufficient professional who can independently manage IT projects, proactively solve problems, and is ready to grow with our client's company.
