TOSCA SME :- Knowledge of telco Service Provisioning domain Hands on knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Jmeter, Load runner, Tricentis family products (Tosca and q-Test), Microfocus Octane Responsible for building test automation strategy and test framework - presenting same to client in face to face or teams meetings Responsible for guiding the test automation team and derive test cases Ensure that test automation is implemented and works successfully Responsible for conducting discussion with various stakeholders for automation roadmap Responsible for enabling automation resources for correct skilling required for success of project/program XML, web services, Mircoservices & Json, knowledge on any middleware/integration technologies, BPM, Orchestration suits Good understanding of CI/CD/CT tooling and working knowledge of delivering using CI/CD/CT pipeline Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to represent TechM in meetings with client Work in a multi vendor environment and ability to understand ways of working via team interactions in update calls Self starter and proactive enough to identify areas of growth in an ongoing program Ability to understand high level designs, component design, and derive test cases and framework based on the same Team worker – ability to work with a team of junior testers and ensure that work is progressing well, resolve hurdles both technical and non technical for the team Work in offshore-onshore model
