The pay range for this role is $120k - $130k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. We are seeking a skilled GCP Platform Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Optimization:
• Identify and implement strategies to optimize GCP resource utilization and performance.
• Monitor and fine-tune system performance to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Job Scheduling and Monitoring:
• Configure and manage job scheduling and monitoring tools to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
• Proactively identify and resolve job failures or performance issues.
• Incident Management and Resolution:
• Respond promptly to incidents and tickets, providing timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
• GCP Administration:
• Manage and administer various GCP services, including Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud Storage, and more.
• Ensure the security and compliance of GCP resources.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Administrator.
• Good understanding of GCP services and administration.
• Proven ability to optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Experience with job scheduling and monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
