Key Skills – Test Automation Selenium• Designing and executing against the project Test Strategy • Responsible for providing status updates/escalations and reporting via metrics to project team. • Responsible to review user stories, requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback from a Quality Assurance Perspective • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases and reviewing the same for the project delivery test team. • Design, develop and execute scripts. • Design, Develop Automation Framework, Enhancement of existing framework. • Ability to create Test plan, Test Strategy, Create Test case, Test data and Test execution. • Responsible for detailed regression testing and ensure test artifacts are current. • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers, business analysts, scrum masters, product owners) and provide perspective from a Testing focus. • Ensure that all the deliverables are met. • Ability to meet challenging deadlines and perform effectively under pressure. • A team player and able to be a positive influence on a team. Technical Requirement • Technical experience in test automation and in design and development of automation frameworks covering different technology and application platforms. • Deep understanding & experience of automation development tool sets (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, SOAPUI/JSON) • Experience in implementing test automation development efforts in an Agile SCRUM development environment. • Good technical writing skills and ability to describe clearly complex processes and tasks. • Proven work experience with Digital Automation Testing (Cross Browser, Mobile) • Clear verbal & written communication skills in English • Great attitude and work ethics.
