The Role As a SCSA Senior Analyst , you will play an integral part in managing information and cyber security in the company’ supply chain. The purpose of the role is to ensure that third party information risks are managed to acceptable levels, through assurance activities and engagement. You will be responsible for assuring the security risk and criticality of supplier organisations that store, access, or process data, and/or provide products and services. Key Responsibilities: Identify, assess and reduce risks to a manageable level within the company’ supply chain. Engage with suppliers to identify, assess and agree on security improvements to acceptable levels of risk. Monitor on-going compliance of suppliers within defined schedules depending on the risk profile of the supplier. Ensure supply chain security risks are monitored and measured effectively and to raise concerns and interventions accordingly. Manage Key Performance and Risk Indicators to drive good security outcomes. Support colleagues and suppliers with subject matter expertise and support relating to supplier assurance and supply chain security risks. Lead, plan and conduct interviews with suppliers to enable transparency in key focus areas. Your Profile Key Skills/ Knowledge/Experience : Relevant experience in a supply chain security assurance related role. Experience with IT audit/risk management, with examples of managing technology risk and IT compliance standards within an organization. Knowledge of information security principles & best practices and experience in managing information security risk and controls in a regulatory environment. Knowledge of documenting processes and key controls in association with supplier and organizational processes. Good level knowledge of standards and frameworks relating to information security risk management processes, frameworks, procedures and business continuity (e.g. NIST, ISO, Privacy Laws). Experience of working in an Agile environment. Experience in the reduction of supply chain security risks to acceptable levels. Work experience in increasing supply chain security assurance penetration. Work experience in reduction of supplier information security Incidents. Knowledge of compliance status against regulations including data privacy and UNECE Regulation No. 155 - cyber security and cyber security management system. Good to have: Preferred certifications: CISA, CISM, ISO27001 lead auditor or CISSP. Experience of managing suppliers against and/or knowledge of requirements of UNECE Regulation No. 155 - Cyber security and cyber security management system. Knowledge and experience in managing information security in manufacturing and automation. Knowledge and experience in information security auditing techniques. Global business experience.
