Role Description • Project Management & Delivery Payments & Compliance Expertise: Stakeholder Management & Communication: Process Optimization & Technology Integration Required Skill Set: • Project Manager with a strong background in the payment’s domain, specifically SWIFT, ACH, and real-time payments. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations while working with key stakeholders. • Project management experience in the payments industry. • Strong understanding of SWIFT MT/MX messages, ACH payment processing, ISO 20022, and Fedwire. • Experience with real-time payments (RTP, Fed Now, SEPA Instant, etc.) is a plus. • Familiarity with payment gateways, APIs, and digital banking platforms. Desired Skill Set • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or other project management tools. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
