Build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. The Role As an Oracle Data Conversion Lead , your expertise is required in data migration processes along with strong technical skills and the ability to lead data conversion activities effectively to ensure successful implementation of Oracle Fusion projects. Key Responsibilities: with project stakeholders to understand data migration requirements and define conversion strategies. data conversion processes and workflow to migrate data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion. data mapping documents, data cleansing procedures, and conversion scripts. data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities using Oracle Fusion Data Loader or other migration tools. data quality, accuracy, and integrity throughout the conversion process. and execute test plans for data migration, including validation and reconciliation of migrated data. and resolve data migration issues and discrepancies. with technical teams for custom data migration scripts. data conversion processes, procedures, and best practices. Your Profile Key skills/knowledge/experience: experience in data conversion and migration projects, preferable with Oracle Fusion projects. understanding of data migration concepts, methodologies, and best practices. with Oracle Fusion Data Loader or similar data migration tools. knowledge of Oracle Fusion Data Conversion process in converting master and transactional data for business objects in Oracle Cloud Applications, across business functions in HCM and Payroll. of Data migration best practices based on real life user experiences on Cloud. of Oracle conversion tools to be used for successful data migration: FBDI, ADFdi, REST API, VBAFE. analytical and problem-solving skills. communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
