Key Skills – • Good Years of experience managing Azure Infrastructure, Active Directory, VMWARE with Skillset on: Implement Enterprise Level IaaS Solutions in Azure- Working experience on Azure Express routes, VWAN, VNets - Active Directory based Identity Management and its Azure integration. • VMWARE Administration, high availability and vulnerability mitigation- Azure VMWARE Solution implementation experience - Microsoft Multi Factor Authentication System- • Windows Administration- Datacenter Service Monitoring and Administration - Familiarity and hands on with Datacenter Hardware Racking, Stacking and Implementation- Architect and Implement Datacenter Solution following industry standards and best practices • Diagnose problems, provide root cause analysis- Support daily operations related to Azure and On-premises VMware environment • Capacity Monitoring and Trend Analysis- Automation and Scripting background? Bicep, PowerShell and Python. • Functional role and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following related to Hosting infrastructure: • Lead projects and /or development activities related to highly specialized areas of technology. • Plan, research, evaluate, design and analyze performance of complex infrastructure systems. • Provide advanced level technical support and analysis, operation, administration, and troubleshooting activities. • Direct the preparation of technical documentation including procedures, manuals, reports and standards. • Lead, facilitate, and coordinate complex work activities of others within the work group or team. • Ensure all work activities are performed in accordance with the policies, practices, procedures, standards, and rules of the company and complies with the regulations and procedures required by external agencies. • Develop, recommend, and implement plans throughout the organization to address complex issues. • Datacenter Hands on with physical implementation on Virtualization and Physical Server Hardware • Apply expert proficiency to identify, analyze, design, and initiate solutions to highly complex problems requiring specialized knowledge and /or problem-solving techniques.ac • Lead in the preparation and presentation of complex technology decisions and large projects, clearly, concisely, and persuasively, in a manner suitable for presentation to senior management. • Ability to prepare workflow diagrams • Proficiency with Viso • Responsible for the management of ServiceNow tickets including, but not limited to changes, incidents, requests, and projects tasks. This includes creating, updating, and closing out tickets to meet defined SLAs. Thank you for your interest in TCS.
