The Role As an Account CISO , you will drive security strategy and provide tactical oversight around all matters related to cybersecurity operations, secure IT design & build, and applications-cum-infrastructure security operations. You will operate in alignment with the organisation mandates & security policies, being recognised as Cybersecurity Leader, an all-rounder with extensive business outcome delivery experience. Key responsibilities: Drive security strategy and oversee all matters related to cybersecurity operations, secure IT design & build, and applications-cum-infrastructure security operations. Advise customer CISO on further improvements in security posture of the organisation and how TCS can help in that regard – across dimensions of people, process and technology. Liaise with TCS CISO organisation representatives to drive strategic and tactical security improvement initiatives for the account. Drive conversations with various customer leaders (Product Managers / Service Owners etc.) to obtain buy-in for prioritisation for security related actions and collaboratively work with customer CISO towards the common goals for security posture improvement. Increase Advisory & Consulting footprint and maturity across new and existing customers, positioning TCS as a trusted and recognised provider for premium Advisory & Consulting services. Provide executive oversight for strategic engagements for clients/customers demonstrating thought leadership. Maintain executive connects with various customer CISOs and CXOs. Oversee for account’s senior ISM function and cybersecurity service delivery function. Ensure delivery of agreed client/customer business outcomes. Demonstrate a sound understanding of the client/customer and industry specific risks, regional legal and regulatory obligations across each engagement. Demonstrate Executive presence and Leadership across key clients/customers and with key TCS stakeholders. Your Profile Key skills/knowledge/experience: Extensive business outcome delivery experience. Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with confidence across all levels Excellent customer experience across all engagements, measured through positive customer satisfaction scores, feedback and the identification of repeat and downstream opportunities. High organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise simultaneous activities and meet agreed deadlines. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholder groups. Cybersecurity experience with demonstrable knowledge of relevant industry standards and frameworks (i.e. DORA, NIS2, NIST CSF, ISO, MITRE, CIS). Experience of operating at, reporting to and setting and managing expectations with CXO’s (Senior Management Teams). Experience of leading teams and successful client/customer engagements. Ability to apply a business centric lens to your thinking and approach. Industry and academic credentials (e.g. CISM, CISSP, CEH, CISA or relevant). Effective contribution to the delivery of revenue targets. Good to have: Excellent communication skills – a great articulator. Demonstrable professionalism in both soft skills and technical skills.
