Manager - Retail, Leisure & Hospitality Practice £90,000 to £120,000 15-25% bonus London The Firm: We are working with a leading global strategy consulting firm that specialises in Retail, Leisure & Hospitality, Consumer Goods, Media, Technology, B2B Products & Services and Private Equity. They help major multinational corporations and leading national companies as well as private equity firms, governmental and other public institutions develop winning strategies. The Retail, Leisure & Hospitality strategy team is growing rapidly and they are looking to add additional support to help facilitate this growth. The Role: The role centres on project delivery with some involvement in business development. You will typically work on one project at a time while helping to develop pitches, proposals, or write longer-range business development activities. Lead strategy and due diligence projects, from designing the approach to overseeing analysis to providing recommendations. You will typically manage 3-6 people on a project, including assisting team members to develop consulting skills. Required background: 5 years consulting experience at a top tier strategy house. Can be combined with industry or PE experience. Experience leading strategy and commercial due diligence projects. Experience managing workstreams and leading project teams of at least three people. Analytical, highly numerate, clear thinkers who are hypothesis and issue driven. Key Responsibilities: Direct and manage analysis and delivery of consulting projects, ensuring client satisfaction. Manage and motivate project teams and support the development and coaching of junior team members. Translate strategy and business needs into actionable recommendations. Deliver against tight deadlines. Assist in the design and delivery of client pitches and proposals. The logistics: My client offers a salary up to £120,000 , dependent on experience, with prosperous company benefits. This role is based in London.
