Consultant - Flat structure (hiring across a variety of grades) £45,000 to £80,000 15% bonus London Working with a fast-growing, independent management consultancy that advises leaders, shapes transformation and drives delivery. Connecting strategy with execution they focus on understanding and finding solutions to clients’ biggest challenges. Working in small agile teams that work alongside clients, working with them rather than for them. Everyone at the firm has a unique and interesting range of experience. They operate a flat structure without titles or sales targets. Everyone is empowered to act on ideas for business growth. By removing the constraints that many consultants feel they must work within, they've created an environment that encourages individuality, collaboration, and creative problem solving. Required background: Between 2-6 years’ management consulting experience. Experience across Transformation, Business Architecture, Change Management, Digital and Data Transformation, Operations Improvement, Performance Improvement, Process Development, Programme & Project Management. Industry experience across either Energy, TMT, Financial services, Automotive, Retail, Utilities, Gambling, and Government. Benefits: Flat structure. Uncapped bonus.
