We are partnering with a leading organization that is expanding its Dynamics Competency Centre and seeking a talented professional to drive innovation and excellence in CRM development. The Role: As a CRM Dynamics Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Microsoft Dynamics-based solutions while maintaining integrated IT services across the business. This is a critical role, working in a fast-paced environment to ensure the smooth operation of business-critical systems. Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions (2015/2016/Dynamics 365 - Customer Service & Field Service Modules). ✔️ Develop custom plug-ins, workflows, and API integrations to enhance CRM functionality. ✔️ Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to ensure adherence to design and development standards. ✔️ Conduct unit, performance, and usability testing to deliver high-quality, error-free solutions. ✔️ Participate in system upgrades, releases, and change management processes. ✔️ Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers. ✔️ Support production systems, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid issue resolution. What We're Looking For: ✅ CRM Expertise: 3-4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including SDKs, APIs, and custom development. ✅ Technical Skills: C#, .NET (MVC, ASP.NET), JavaScript, T-SQL, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps. ✅ Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with Dynamics Portals, Flow, SharePoint integration, Logic Apps, and BizTalk. ✅ Development Standards: Experience with secure software development life cycle (SSDLC), testing techniques, and agile methodologies. ✅ Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. ✅ Education: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Dynamics 365 - CRM - JavaScript - C# - .Net - SQL - Azure - DevOps
