Implementation Manager (Acquisition SME)

Tangent International are urgently looking for Implementation Manager (Acquisition SME) to work a 6 month rolling contract based in the United Kingdom (Remote Considered) Job summary – IM (Acquisition SME) We are looking for an experienced Acquisition, Subject matter expert who will lead and coordinate Delivery requirements with respect to front end access activities, supporting Commercial and Technical topics relating to Network Rollout (NRO) of Radio Products, achieving Build Completion. You will be involved in strategical planning and management of the Access services needed to secure an efficient delivery process and a timely customer acceptance supporting the Senior Management and governance requirements towards the project. You must therefore have good relationship building and people management skills in order to influence delivery against targets. The Acquisition SME will ensure work is executed as per the project requirements and will act as a point of contact for delivery activities towards the Customer Delivery The role is primarily to provide services relating to the Acquisition, Access, Code specialism considering the client and other Vendor coverage solutions but may also include In Building, Infrastructure and Antenna line solutions. This role is suited to candidates with a proficient background in NRO RAN swap projects with experience and awareness of acquisition of cell sites, experience of ECC code application, working with services such as legal access, solicitors, estates and property, acquisition and planning. Suitable candidates must have expert knowledge of MBNL access processes and policies and have worked at a strategy level in the delivery of ADC services either at a supplier, vendor or operator level. Key Qualifications Clear applied experience in Acquisition and Access services Preferred additional experience in the field of Site Design & Construction / with regards to cell sites. Clear previous experience of working on a “Notice to Quit” type project Experience in handling third party suppliers in the delivery of DICI rollout services. Radio Product knowledge Knowledge/Experience of local authority planning in United Kingdom, and also site acquisition experience gained in a utilities or telecom environment. Knowledge/Experience of Civils, Towers, Antenna Line Systems (from BTS to antenna) including testing Key areas of expertise from the candidates – (likely skills will come from ex operator/supplier working in the front end access space for a number of years) Access for Survey – Nomination, Access letters, Code notices, proceedings etc, experience of management of external solicitors Access for Build - negotiations, Multi site visits, access for surveys, offer letters, different types of planning notices, Legals & engrossments, heads of terms.
