We are a Live Casino solutions provider dedicated to designing, developing, and delivering immersive games tailored to various brands and audiences. Our head office is based in Hammersmith and we offer numerous opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. We are seeking a seasoned Lead Backend Developer (C++) with strong analytical skills and systematic thinking to join our team and be part of the exciting journey. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the product team and stakeholders to understand project requirements, contribute to project planning, provide progress updates to the line manager, and develop and deliver iGaming products Provide leadership, guidance, and technical insight to a team of developers Architect and code high-throughput scalable client-server systems for the iGaming platform Maintain and optimise existing systems, including profiling and analysing bottlenecks, and identifying single points of failure Requirements: Solid experience of 5 years or more in C++ programming, preferably in iGaming or developing low latency applications At least 1 year of leadership experience Experience in developing client-server applications in C++ Familiarity with WebSocket and binary communication protocols Understanding databases and SQL Previous exposure to iGaming products is highly desirable Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Chinese Interview Process: 15-min initial call with Talent Acquisition Technical Test through Codility 60-min final interview with Hiring Manager
